Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate and Muay Thai. Practiced for self-defense, general fitness or as a contact sport.

*Cardio Kickboxing classes are held on Saturday.

Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are led by our charismatic Taekwondo black belt coach Cort Wahle.

Cardio Kickboxing classes led by the  energetic Alton native, Ginny Yost, who is a lifelong martial artist and black belt in Taekwondo.
